Global Quality Expert

About the role

Join a world‑leading automotive roof‑systems supplier as a Global Quality Expert. You will drive World Class Quality across pre‑development, project development and operations, ensuring consistent quality standards and continuous improvement worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and deploy global quality standards, procedures and best practices.
• Define, monitor and drive global quality KPIs, analysing trends and leading corrective actions.
• Deploy and standardise Quality Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plan, 8D) across the organisation.
• Support digitalisation through Power BI dashboards, reporting solutions and data‑driven decision making.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Customer/Supplier Quality functions.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, risk management and cost‑of‑poor‑quality analysis.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best‑practice transfer across regions and sites.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global quality management within the automotive or related manufacturing sector.
• Strong ability to align quality objectives across multiple regions and functions.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on strategic thinking and business impact.
