Supply Chain & Analytics Intern

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is recruiting a Supply Chain & Analytics Intern in Bratislava. The role supports global supply chain operations by managing order backlog activities, analysing data, building reports and dashboards, supporting process automation and working with cross-functional teams. It is a hybrid position with about two days per week in an HPE office.

Key responsibilities

• Support order backlog management for regional and global business units
• Monitor order fulfillment and track orders from validation through shipment
• Analyze backlog, inventory, supply and demand data to spot trends, risks and opportunities
• Produce regular reports, dashboards and performance metrics using enterprise systems and analytical tools
• Help remove order blockers to support on-time deliveries
• Contribute to the digitalization and automation of reporting and operational processes
• Assist in developing new reporting tools, dashboards and applications
• Collect and evaluate information from multiple sources and work with technical teams on digital solutions using AI

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related field
• Final years of study, part-time basis of at least 20 hours per week
• English written and verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Organizational, planning and time-management skills, and ability to work in a virtual, cross-cultural team
• Interest in AI, automation and digital transformation; experience leading university or extracurricular initiatives is an advantage

• Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Data analysis and turning findings into actionable insights
