Automation Intern – Supply Chain

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise offers university students a 12-month internship programme in Bratislava, working part-time in a hybrid setting (about two days per week in an HPE office). The intern supports supply chain processes such as inventory analysis and order fulfilment for a regional or global business unit, reporting on supply and demand trends to management.

Key responsibilities

• Handle supply chain processes such as inventory analysis and order fulfilment for a regional or global business unit
• Produce reports using IT systems, analyse data to develop supply and demand trends and share findings with management
• Analyse backlog management
• Collaborate with regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain and improve business processes
• Review performance metrics regularly and identify areas for improvement
• Communicate requirements and guidelines to the planning teams

Required profile

• Full-time student enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Logistics, Business Management, Industrial Engineering or a similar field
• Excellent communication skills in English and Slovak
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual, cross-cultural team
• Preferred: campus leadership experience, comfort with hybrid work, and strong presentation skills
