Solution Architect – CRM Team

About the role

We are seeking a Solution Architect to join the CRM Team within ESET’s Business Systems Department. In this position you will shape the design, development and continuous improvement of CRM‑related business systems that support our global offices and partner network.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑design and enhance CRM solutions aligned with business needs, IT strategy and security standards.
• Define target architectures, interfaces and integration points.
• Analyse requirements, data flows and system behaviour, assessing impact on existing projects.
• Propose and implement improvements to assigned software solutions.
• Prepare solution specifications, documentation and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Business System Analysts, Software Engineers and business owners.
• Model solutions that balance business expectations with technical feasibility.
• Support task planning and coordination within the team.
• Participate in conceptual and methodological activities related to business systems architecture.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent university education).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT solution development, implementation, migration, deployment, support or operation.
• Experience with business systems, system integrations and business processes, preferably in the CRM domain.
• Proactive communication style and ability to share information clearly.
• Strong teamwork skills, independence and the ability to influence others toward common goals.
• Excellent analytical, logical and abstract thinking.
