Senior Business Consultant – Technology Consulting (German Projects)

About the role

Join PwC Advisory’s Slovak near‑shore team supporting German financial‑services clients. As a Senior Business Consultant you will lead digital and technology‑enabled transformation projects for banks, insurers and investment firms, working closely with senior client and IT stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, design and coordinate end‑to‑end transformation initiatives, translating business needs into clear requirements and solution designs.
• Drive delivery planning, project governance and stakeholder alignment in agile or hybrid environments, owning workstreams and supporting decision‑making.
• Contribute to the redesign of lending processes, core‑banking modernization and platform transformation projects.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable interdisciplinary field.
• 3+ years of experience in consulting, technology consulting or digital transformation, preferably in banking, insurance or other regulated industries.
• Strong stakeholder‑facing experience, fluent in German (B2‑C1) and English (C1) in a professional setting.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven attitude with a continuous learning mindset.
