Senior Process Consultant – Technology Consulting (German Projects)

About the role

PwC's advisory team in Bratislava, working closely with PwC Germany, supports transformation projects in the financial services sector. As a Senior Process Consultant for technology consulting (German projects), you will work on transformational projects for clients in the financial sector, mainly banks, insurance companies and investment firms in Germany. You will analyse, design, coordinate and deliver digital and technology-enabled transformation projects, working with senior client stakeholders and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, design and define requirements for digital transformation projects, such as branch network digitalisation, and present the business case to executives
• Translate complex business needs into structured requirements and solution designs
• Contribute to delivery planning, project governance and stakeholder alignment in agile or hybrid environments
• Take ownership of workstreams, support decision-making and grow into broader leadership responsibilities

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Engineering or comparable field
• At least 3 years of experience in banking, asset and wealth management or consulting, with expertise in credit or securities; vocational training as a bank clerk or experience as a business analyst preferred
• Strong process analysis and modelling skills, including As-Is/To-Be design and requirements definition
• Interest in new technologies, with knowledge of business analytics, RPA and process mining tools
• German at B2-C1 and English at C1 level
