Senior Finance Analyst – ISC Conversion

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our ISC Finance Conversion team. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate reporting of manufacturing activities, supporting plant controllers, and driving cost‑optimization initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Produce timely and accurate performance reports for CoE Manufacturing, including trial, scrap, and non‑standard material usage.
• Analyze deviations versus plan for conversion costs, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare cost estimates for new product developments and coordinate year‑end landing estimations.
• Calculate losses, perform variance analysis, and supervise costing runs in SAP to generate conversion rates.
• Support plant controllers with budget, forecast, and reporting data using standardized templates.
• Partner with Plant Controlling and other Finance teams to improve reporting processes and ensure compliance.
• Execute ad‑hoc analyses and projects as requested by senior finance leadership.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance or a related field with solid accounting knowledge.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in an international environment and fluency in English.
• Proactive problem‑solver with good communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with SAP (manufacturing and reporting modules).
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) and AI tools.
• Strong MS Office skills.
