Senior Consultant - Finance Strategy & Transformation

About the role

EY is seeking a proactive Senior Consultant to join its Finance Strategy & Transformation team in Bratislava. You will work on complex projects that help clients optimize and digitize their financial processes, collaborating closely with CFOs, treasury leaders, and finance managers.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in projects focused on optimizing and digitalizing financial, controlling, and treasury processes.
• Implement modern technology solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate collaboration between clients and internal EY teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues and contribute to team development.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in finance, controlling, auditing, or process consulting.
• Experience with process mapping, analysis, and internal process optimization.
• Strong communication, proactive attitude, and client‑focused mindset.
• Proven project coordination and management experience.
• Fluent in Slovak and English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other analytical technologies (advantage).
