Senior Citrix/RDS ICT Engineer (German Speaking)

About the role

Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia is looking for a senior technical expert for its operational services team in Košice. The role covers the design and implementation of assigned technologies, software deployment and data center operations, within a team of German- and English-speaking talents.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain solutions, working as part of the team or independently
• Handle data center operations, software deployment and incident, change and problem ticketing
• Contribute to continuous improvement of services
• On-call participation and independent troubleshooting of incidents and errors within defined expertise

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience with the listed technologies
• Experience implementing IT solutions
• Hands-on mentality, organized planning of implementation steps and alignment with stakeholders
• Team player
• English at upper-intermediate (B2) level; German at upper-intermediate (B2) level is required

Required skills

• Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD)
• Citrix Netscaler, DaaS, PVS and MCS
• Microsoft Windows Server and Remote Desktop Services
• Scripting, e.g. PowerShell
• Nice to have: VMware vSphere, FSLogix
