Sales Representative – Vegetable Seeds (Czech & Slovak Market)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Representative to promote Syngenta’s vegetable seed portfolio to open‑field growers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The role combines field visits, advisory support and remote work to help growers select the best varieties and achieve high yields.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets and increase market share in the assigned territory.
• Provide agrotechnical advice and guide growers in choosing suitable Syngenta seed varieties.
• Organise training sessions, grower meetings and field days to demonstrate new technologies.
• Coordinate and supervise trial plots of new varieties directly on growers’ fields.

Required profile

• Higher education in horticulture, agriculture or a related field.
• Practical knowledge of the agricultural/horticultural sector and agrotechnics for vegetable seeds.
• Category B driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the Czech Republic or Slovakia.
• Communicative English and fluent Czech or Slovak.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
