Brand Specialist – Hematology/Oncology

About the role

The Brand Specialist for Hematology/Oncology will drive sales efforts and build relationships with physicians, pharmacists and hospital administrators across assigned territories in Slovakia. Working closely with the Therapy Area Manager, the role supports strategy development, marketing adaptation and team capability building.

Key responsibilities

• Promote assigned Janssen brands to key healthcare professionals (KOLs, local opinion leaders) and maintain deep product knowledge.
• Coordinate sales promotional activities, analyze customer interaction data and propose communication improvements.
• Assist the Therapy Area Manager in market opportunity analysis, adaptation of marketing materials and local agency guidance.
• Support the sales team with product training, knowledge checks and development of promotional seminars.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated ability in key account management, analysis, planning and execution.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and ethical business standards.
• Team player with a positive attitude and personal accountability.
