Sales Account Manager

About the role

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities. The role involves full-cycle sales management from inquiry to delivery and post‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer care and develop long‑term commercial relationships.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities.
• Coordinate sales cases from request receipt through product hand‑over and subsequent follow‑up.
• Prepare inquiries, offers, orders and generate reports for management.
• Monitor customer needs and competitor activities, delivering regular performance insights.
• Support the company’s marketing activities.

Required profile

• University degree (second cycle) with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent Slovak language and intermediate English (B1‑B2).
• Strong analytical thinking, assertiveness, initiative and reliability.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
