About the role
This is a pure new‑business hunting role for a fast‑growing European PropTech platform. You will own a defined territory across Czechia and Slovakia, managing multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals from the first conversation to signature.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute a territory plan with personal responsibility for pipeline coverage.
- Run full‑cycle enterprise deals – discovery, business case, negotiation, and signature.
- Qualify rigorously to a MEDDICC standard and multi‑thread every material deal.
- Scope first wins to enable expansion across sites, countries and use cases.
- Maintain a forecast and CRM that stand up to scrutiny.
Required profile
- 5+ years in B2B software or complex technology sales with a sustained new‑business quota.
- Relevant real‑estate industry experience is a strong plus.
- Business‑fluent English plus Czech or Slovak at a business level.
- A structured seller familiar with MEDDICC or comparable methodology.
- Proven ability to manage multi‑stakeholder, high‑value deals.
What we offer
- Base salary €5,000–€5,800 per month.
- Uncapped commission on closed deals.
