Recruitment Coordinator (Slovak and Hungarian Speaking)

About the role

Mondelēz International Digital Services is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator in Bratislava who speaks Slovak and Hungarian. The role supports service operations by coordinating requests within your area of responsibility, working with colleagues so that processes are followed and documented, and ensuring service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Review and coordinate activities in response to requests, communicate progress to clients and schedule meetings as needed
• Write documentation and follow up on downstream processes, using good technical writing skills
• Manage the filing and storage of documents in line with data privacy and legal requirements
• Initiate and follow up on activities required by third-party vendors
• Ensure data accuracy and timeliness, produce and analyse reports and recommend actions for continuous improvement

Required profile

• Fluent English, Hungarian and Slovak or Czech
• Administration background with a strong customer-service orientation
• Experience with a case management system
• Strong prioritisation, attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with initiative

Required skills

• MS Office, especially Excel
• Technical writing
