Recruiter – Medical Sales & Medical Affairs

About the role

IQVIA is looking for a proactive Recruiter based in Slovakia to lead end‑to‑end hiring for Medical Sales and Medical Affairs positions across Europe. You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and ensure a smooth candidate experience for roles such as Medical Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, MSLs, Medical Advisors, and Patient Access specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned medical sales and medical affairs vacancies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job briefs.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and ensure compliance with local recruitment legislation.
• Develop and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Work with external recruitment partners when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within healthcare or life‑sciences.
• Familiarity with commercial and/or medical roles.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Fluent English; Slovak and additional European languages are a plus.
