HR Services Agent – English Required

About the role

Our international HR services team in Bratislava is seeking a proactive team member to assist branches and employees with a variety of HR‑related issues, provide administrative support, and maintain daily communication to ensure overall satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support and advise employees and managers on HR questions, administrative tasks and related tools.
• Respond to and handle requests from employees and managers via email, phone or meetings.
• Provide excellent support for HR processes such as master data and reporting, recruitment, talent management, reward and recognition, and learning and development.

Required profile

• Motivation to learn and work in an HR environment.
• Advanced English language skills for corporate communication.
• User‑level knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong customer‑oriented attitude and desire to help people.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Team player who seeks continuous improvement.
