Receptionist Internship (Part-time)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Receptionist intern to join EY’s front‑desk team in Bratislava. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while supporting daily office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Manage conference rooms, schedule meetings and coordinate bookings.
• Handle and record company correspondence, including mail and courier services.
• Process company orders, purchases and liaise with suppliers and service providers.
• Support general office tasks and ad‑hoc projects assigned by management.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled university student.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Professional, pleasant and presentable demeanor.
• Strong organizational abilities and flexibility.
• Proactive attitude with problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Microsoft Word.
• Microsoft Excel.
