Mail & Supplies Specialist

About the role

JLL's Integrated Facility Management business line is looking for a Mail & Supplies Specialist in Bratislava. The role reports to the Office Services Coordinator and runs the mail room by managing the overall mail and courier activity within the building. It is an on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services, coordinating mail handling across buildings and liaising with the team.
• Receive, direct and relay mail-related correspondence (telephone, fax, email, scans).
• Liaise with courier partners such as DHL, Post, Securitas and S&S to ensure good service delivery.
• Suggest improvements to mail processes and records, and present mail room activity data to the manager.
• Maintain mail consumables stock at agreed par-stock levels.
• Provide reception coverage and assistance when needed, and support the wider on-site team.
• Handle and update allocated daily trouble ticket requests at least twice a day while pending, and prepare for weekly catch-up meetings with the Office Services Coordinator and Facilities Manager and bi-weekly team meetings.
• Adhere to office services procedures, assist in training Receptionist floats, and ensure accurate handovers when absent.

Required profile

• Experience in the hospitality industry or customer service.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Good verbal and written communication, problem-solving and organisational skills, and strong customer focus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
