Junior Business Coordinator (Student Job)

About the role

Swiss Re is looking for a university student to join its Business Services team in Bratislava. You will work in a dynamic, multinational team, collaborating with colleagues worldwide on projects that affect the global business. The team coordinates the core of the reinsurance business run by European branches, handling administrative tasks for internal clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate your own tasks, handle contract administration and perform data entry
• Schedule meetings and ad hoc tasks
• Prepare outputs such as PowerPoint presentations for client visits or conferences and Excel spreadsheets, and take part in projects and initiatives
• Communicate and collaborate with colleagues and other departments globally, acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders
• Use Swiss Re tools, applications and the MS Office package daily

Required profile

• University student studying during the day
• English at B2 level (other languages are highly valued)
• Reliable, self-driven, detail-oriented and able to prioritise
• Availability to work 80 hours per month with a long-term commitment

Required skills

• Good knowledge of the MS Office package
• Proficiency in English
