Project Manager with German language (Hybrid)

About the role

You will join the Solution Client Delivery EMEA team in the Life and Health Reinsurance division, supporting the rollout of automated underwriting solutions for clients across the EMEA region. The position is hybrid, with a requirement to work onsite at client locations periodically.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end implementation of client projects, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate Business‑as‑Usual (BAU) activities, creating transparent action plans with client teams.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, develop business specifications, analyse underwriting rules, and oversee testing.
• Follow Client Delivery project‑management processes, tools and documentation standards.
• Facilitate coordination across multiple internal and external teams during implementations and BAU work.
• Communicate progress, commercial aspects, risks and issues to senior management and clients.
• Maintain clear, auditable project documentation and travel within the EMEA region as needed.

Required profile

• Strong project and change‑management experience with a focus on execution and delivery.
• Background in business transformation and business analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Effective scheduling, time‑management and proactive problem‑solving.
• Customer‑centric mindset and desire for professional development in underwriting solutions.
• Fluent German (written and spoken) and willingness to travel.
