Project Engineer (m/f)

About the role

As a Project Engineer at Mondelēz International, you will drive the execution of capital projects that shape the future of snacking. You will apply Mondelēz standards and innovative project‑management processes to deliver high‑quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop robust business cases for new initiatives, assess risks, and define capital and technical agendas.
• Support engineering design, equipment selection, and software logic for state‑of‑the‑art processes.
• Create detailed operational procedures, documentation, and data packages for non‑standard tests and existing product projects.
• Maintain active communication during product and process trials, share parameters, data, and resolve production issues with R&D and suppliers.
• Assist Value Stream Unit processes, manage sampling, and ensure quality assurance during C and Q project phases.

Required profile

• Proven experience in capital project execution within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills for risk assessment, benefit‑risk analysis, and data validation.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including line leaders, R&D, and suppliers.
