About the role

As a Production Operator you will run assigned manufacturing equipment following standard operating procedures, work instructions and safety standards. You will be responsible for start‑up, shut‑down, basic set‑ups, changeovers and ensuring that production runs smoothly while maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

Key responsibilities

Operate production equipment in accordance with SOPs and work instructions.
Monitor and verify process parameters to keep products within specification.
Perform basic equipment set‑ups, changeovers and start‑up/shut‑down activities.
Conduct in‑process inspections and maintain 5S workplace organization.
Escalate equipment or quality issues promptly to Maintenance and Quality teams.

Required profile

Ability to follow SOPs and EHS requirements.
Basic technical understanding of manufacturing equipment.
Team‑oriented with good communication skills.
Physical capability to perform shift work and handle materials.
