Process Associate – Italian Language (F/M)

About the role

The Process Associate will support the sales process from contract creation to billing, ensuring smooth administrative flow and high‑quality customer interactions. Working closely with international colleagues, you will help maintain accurate master data and contribute to the overall efficiency of KONE's urban solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer accounts, responding to internal requests.
• Administer and modify contracts using SAP.
• Manage master data, identify and resolve potential errors in Excel.
• Support the billing and invoicing process to ensure end‑to‑end completeness.
• Provide back‑reporting, quality checks, and documentation.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset with excellent interpersonal communication.
• Fluent Italian (C level) and good English (B level).
• Attention to detail and meticulous document handling.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to work with cross‑functional teams.
