Part-Time Student, Customer Service

About the role

Johnson Controls is looking for university students to work part-time in its Bratislava Business Center, in administrative or communicative roles with various language combinations. The position suits students who want to practice their English in an international environment, learn corporate ERP systems and improve their soft skills. The work is approximately 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Customer Service: handle incoming enquiries and orders, covering the process from purchase order to receipt of payment (excluding transport).
• Order to Cash: manage enquiries received by telephone and help keep aged debt to a minimum.
• Procure to Pay: support supplier invoices, employee expense reports and inter-company invoices, including helpdesk, account reconciliation, invoice compliance and reporting.
• Other part-time opportunities exist in HR and IT.

Required profile

• University student, preferably from a finance or economics school; other fields of study are welcome.
• Able to work about 20 hours per week.
• Intermediate English; another language (German, French, Italian, Spanish or Dutch) is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and develop, team spirit.
• Previous experience in a related area is welcome.

Required skills

• Experience with MS Office (MS Excel, MS Outlook) is an advantage.
• Training in SAP, eScala, ERP and BAAN is offered.
