Part-Time Student, Customer Service

About the role

Johnson Controls is looking for university students to work part-time in its Bratislava Business Center, in administrative or communicative roles with various language combinations. The work is offered in several departments, including Customer Service, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and also HR and IT. The position is approximately 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Customer Service: provide a good customer experience, handle incoming enquiries and orders, covering the process from purchase order to payment receipt (excluding transport).
• Order to Cash: manage enquiries received by telephone and help collect cash from customers worldwide while keeping aged debt low.
• Procure to Pay: support supplier invoices, employee expense reports and inter-company invoices from receipt to payment, including helpdesk support, account reconciliation, invoice compliance and reporting.
• Other part-time opportunities exist in HR and IT.

Required profile

• University student, preferably from a finance or economics faculty; other fields of study are welcome.
• Able to work about 20 hours per week.
• Intermediate English; another language such as German, French, Italian, Spanish or Dutch is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and develop, team spirit.
• Previous experience in a related area is welcome.

Required skills

• Experience with MS Office (MS Excel, MS Outlook) is an advantage.
• Training in corporate ERP systems, SAP, eScala, BAAN and others is provided.
