Performance & Reward Expert

About the role

Kanadevia Inova, a global player in waste infrastructure and waste-to-X technology, is looking for a Performance & Reward Expert in Bratislava (Petržalka). The role leads global compensation and benefits projects, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation and job evaluation, and acts as a trusted advisor to People & Culture stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead key global Compensation & Benefits projects, including EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation and job evaluation framework review
• Deliver gender pay gap analysis, reporting and remediation planning aligned with regulations and annual salary cycles
• Drive harmonisation and governance of the Mercer-based global job architecture across acquisitions and business lines
• Support annual compensation cycles, bonus processes and market benchmarking, including modelling, tools and communication
• Act as trusted advisor to People & Culture stakeholders on reward topics and improve policies, analytics and frameworks

Required profile

• University degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in a global environment
• Proven experience delivering large-scale reward projects such as pay equity, job architecture, benefits or incentive design
• Very good English; a European language such as German is a plus

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and multi-country compensation practices
• Solid experience in job evaluation frameworks; Mercer IPE is an advantage
• Advanced analytical and technical skills, including Excel modelling and data reconciliation
• Stakeholder management and communication

What we offer

• Indefinite employment contract with a basic gross wage of 3,200 EUR per month (minimum offered)
• 13th salary, 5% annual bonus and extra days of leave
