HR Business Partner (Plant 299)

About the role

Aumovio, the spin-off of the former Continental automotive sector, is hiring an HR Business Partner for Plant 299 in Zvolen. The role acts as a trusted partner to production and functional managers, helping them reach business targets through effective people management in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support workforce planning, organizational changes, talent development, performance management and employee relations
• Provide leadership coaching to managers
• Work with HR experts and operational teams to turn business needs into practical HR solutions
• Drive key HR initiatives and ensure compliance with labor legislation and company policies

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Management, Economics, Law or a similar field
• Fluent English and Slovak
• Experience in an HR role, supporting managers in a manufacturing, engineering, logistics or other operational environment, and knowledge of labor law and employee relations are advantages
• Business mindset, ability to build trust with managers, employees and employee representatives, and strong communication and influencing skills

Required skills

• Ability to analyze HR data and turn insights into business actions
• Experience with talent management, performance management, organizational change and workforce planning is an advantage

The salary starts from 1,930 EUR gross, depending on experience and skills.
