Junior E‑commerce Sales Specialist (online/direct sales)

About the role

This junior e‑commerce specialist will focus on active telephone sales, processing leads and supporting the growth of the online shop and direct sales channel. The role is ideal for a self‑motivated, communicative person eager to learn and quickly build business contacts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct active telephone sales to customers based on e‑shop orders and received leads.
• Search for and contact potential customers, developing new business opportunities.
• Identify companies and contacts for direct and online sales, and pass promising projects to sales representatives.
• Communicate with customers to understand needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Create offers, process orders, and maintain CRM and internal systems.
• Ensure achievement of e‑shop sales targets and contribute to reporting.

Required profile

• Enjoys telephone outreach and has strong communication and sales skills.
• Proactive, result‑oriented with at least one year of sales experience.
• Capable of independent online research and data handling.
• Experience in telemarketing, inside sales or customer support is a plus.
• Eager to learn, grow and build a career in e‑commerce or sales.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
