Junior Catalog Purchasing Deployment and Maintenance Specialist

About the role

KONE Business Services runs and improves the core business processes Sell to Cash, Source to Pay and Record to Report, guided by a LEAN mindset. It is looking for a motivated and proactive recent graduate to join its global Purchasing Development team, supporting the implementation and expansion of catalog purchasing solutions across countries and business units worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Support global catalog purchasing implementation projects and related process improvements.
• Work regularly with local internal purchasing teams and external suppliers.
• Assist in onboarding suppliers and maintain catalog purchasing data and documentation.
• Apply key procurement processes to support purchasing operations.
• Contribute to training, communication and change-management activities.
• After onboarding and training, independently implement Catalogue Punch-Out solutions, including EDI integration, with the global team.
• Support the Key User Network and ensure master data is consistent, accurate and compliant with processes.

Required profile

• Recent university graduate in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering or a related field.
• Basic understanding of procurement and purchasing processes.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Preferred: knowledge of SAP ECC, especially outline agreements and purchase order creation.
• Preferred: knowledge of strategic sourcing and procurement principles.
• Interest in digital procurement solutions, process optimization and system integrations.
