Electrical Distribution Design Leader

About the role

As an Electrical Distribution Design Leader you will head the technical content of customer projects, ensuring that performance, quality, cost and schedule requirements are met while leveraging Schneider Electric’s product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical content of assigned customer projects and ensure requirements are met.
• Coordinate design, implementation, testing and FAT activities across factories, suppliers and customer sites.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and deliver regular progress reports to senior engineers.
• Identify and manage changes, risks and opportunities, alerting project managers as needed.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum B2/C1 English proficiency; additional languages a plus.
• At least 3 years leading technical scopes in projects within Oil & Gas, Utilities, Datacenters or similar sectors.
• Experience with MV/LV switchgear, UPS, power transformers and electrical interfaces design.
• Willingness to travel up to 20 % of the time.
