Finance Operations Transformation Manager

About the role

Bloomreach is modernising end‑to‑end Finance and Accounting operations to boost financial and operational performance. The Finance Operations Transformation Manager will lead the design, automation and AI‑driven optimisation of finance processes, working closely with sales, product and engineering teams. This role combines strategic process redesign with hands‑on implementation and later hand‑over to operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current‑state finance processes, operations, workflows and governance, and develop future‑state designs and business requirements.
• Project‑manage implementation of workflow automation, analytics and AI solutions, following a Build > Operate > Transfer model.
• Lead stakeholder discussions, change‑management activities and operating cadence during transformation projects, starting with platform overage resolution.
• Partner with Sales to assess overage cases, perform cost and margin analysis, and negotiate waivers, upsells or remediation actions.
• Identify patterns in usage data to flag upsell or cost‑saving opportunities and develop policies for decision‑making.
• Prepare Finance operations for new packaging changes, ensuring billing and overage logic are supported from day one.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of relevant experience in finance operations, usage‑based billing or SaaS subscription models.
• Proven ability to translate broad objectives into pragmatic actions and to lead change initiatives within finance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience in cost, margin and revenue impact analysis.
• Comfort navigating ambiguous environments, building structure around misaligned processes or data.
