Europe & META Services Chief of Staff & CX Lead

About the role

Lenovo is seeking a strategic Chief of Staff and Customer Experience (CX) Leader to support the Executive Director of Europe META Services Support. This senior position combines executive partnership, CX ownership, business transformation and operational excellence across Europe, META and global services teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Business Management System reviews, leadership operating rhythms and executive communications.
• Lead the Customer Experience team, define CX strategy and roadmap, and drive initiatives that improve satisfaction, loyalty and service quality.
• Own strategic transformation projects, process optimisation, automation and AI adoption while monitoring performance through KPIs.
• Align priorities and coordinate initiatives across Europe, META and global services functions, ensuring accountability and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare executive presentations, act as trusted liaison between the Executive Director and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles within technology or services organisations.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives, transformation programmes and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for executive‑level audiences.
