Test Manager – Technology Consulting (German Projects)

About the role

Join PwC's nearshore consulting team in Bratislava, supporting German financial services transformation projects. You will work on large‑scale business transformations and test governance for banks, insurers and investment firms, leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Define and align test strategies for transformation and system implementation projects.
• Steer test preparation, execution and documentation, ensuring high quality.
• Provide transparent test progress reporting and risk escalation to stakeholders.
• Establish test governance, standards and reporting structures for complex programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Informatics, IT, Engineering).
• 5+ years experience as a Test Manager in large‑scale transformation or release‑driven environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing communication skills.
• Proficiency in German (B2‑C1) and English (C1) in a professional setting.

Required skills

• ISTQB Advanced/Test Manager certification or equivalent.
• Experience with test tools: Azure Test Plans, Micro Focus ALM, Jira Xray, Selenium, UiPath, SoapUI, Jira, Confluence.
• Ability to define test automation using Selenium, SAP Solution Manager, Azure DevOps or Micro Focus ALM.
