About the role

Join PwC's Advanced Technology Solutions team as an AI Manager, leading the development and delivery of AI and data science solutions for global clients. You will build, mentor, and scale high‑performing teams while driving transformative AI initiatives in a dynamic consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams of AI engineers, data scientists, and developers to deliver AI and Machine Learning solutions.
• Design and architect scalable AI solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, Computer Vision, and Data Science techniques.
• Drive end‑to‑end project delivery from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business challenges into effective technical strategies.
• Mentor team members, foster a culture of technical excellence, and establish best practices for AI development, deployment, and governance.
• Leverage AI‑powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and ChatPwC to boost productivity and code quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering with a proven track record leading technical teams.
• Successful delivery of complex AI/data‑science projects end‑to‑end.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence senior‑level clients and executives.
• Strategic mindset aligning technical solutions with business goals and ROI.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
