Data Collector

About the role

Join Convatec’s Lean team as a Data Collector, supporting continuous improvement initiatives across production sites. You will extract and consolidate data from SAP and OEE systems, ensuring accurate reporting for CI projects and portfolio management.

Key responsibilities

• Extract required data from SAP and OEE forms for CI reporting.
• Prepare weekly and monthly production centre reports.
• Maintain the GQO project portfolio list, tracking savings, carry‑over and overdue items.
• Provide regular updates to the LT team and project leaders on project status and forecasts.
• Support manufacturing functions with data analysis and ad‑hoc queries.
• Archive daily operational data according to established procedures.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of SAP at the user level (advantage).
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to work well in a team.
• Result‑oriented mindset.
