Customer Support Agent (TaaS) – German Speaker – Full‑Time/Part‑Time

About the role

We are looking for motivated Customer Support Agents to join our international team in Bratislava. The position provides first‑line assistance via phone, email and digital channels, aiming for first‑contact resolution while maintaining high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support through phone, email and digital channels.
• Strive for first‑contact resolution and escalate issues when necessary.
• Update customer records with contact reasons, solutions and relevant information.
• Maintain positive communication, ensuring customers feel understood and supported.
• Meet agreed service levels (SLA) and contact‑centre KPIs.
• Participate in internal and external training and briefings.
• Follow client policies, EU regulations and local government rules.

Required profile

• Fluent German (C1/C2) in written and spoken communication.
• Proficient English for collaboration with an international team.
• Customer‑first mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Tech‑savvy, comfortable with MS Office and quick to learn new tools.
• Organised, motivated and able to deliver quality service under pressure.
• Eligibility to work in Slovakia.

What we offer

• Fixed‑term contract (4 months) with possibility of permanent employment.
• Full‑time (40 h) and part‑time (20 h) options.
• Remote work model with optional office use in Bratislava.
• Salary €19,000 gross per year, pro‑rated.
• €50 monthly commuting/WFH allowance.
