About the role
We are looking for a Slovak-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international customer service project in Sofia. You will assist customers with inquiries and provide solutions through multiple communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, chat, and email
- Provide clear and effective solutions to customer inquiries
- Troubleshoot non‑technical issues and ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintain professional and accurate communication
Required profile
- Fluent/native‑level Slovak
- Fluent English
- Willing to work on‑site in Sofia, Bulgaria
- Customer‑oriented communication skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory)
