About the role

We are seeking a Slovak‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international customer service project based in Sofia. The role involves assisting customers through phone, chat and email, delivering clear solutions and ensuring a positive experience. Working on‑site, you will follow a Monday‑Sunday schedule (10:00–18:00) and receive full relocation support.

Key responsibilities

Assist customers via phone, chat, and email.
Provide clear and effective solutions to inquiries.
Troubleshoot non‑technical issues.
Maintain professional and accurate communication.
Document interactions in the CRM system.
Follow established service procedures.

Required profile

Fluent/native‑level Slovak.
Fluent English.
Willingness to work on‑site in Sofia.
Customer‑oriented communication skills.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Available to work the specified shift schedule.
Strong problem‑solving attitude.
