Customer Success Manager – Enterprise SaaS (German/English)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to act as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of around 10 Fortune 1000 customers using the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform. The role blends commercial acumen with technical curiosity to help customers achieve maximum value and drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the voice of the customer, delivering internal feedback to improve product adoption and retention.
• Plan and lead Success Business Reviews focused on adoption, ROI, and renewal opportunities.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the WalkMe platform and roadmap to guide customers toward best‑practice usage.
• Educate customers on relevant features, showcase “the art of the possible,” and align solutions with their digital adoption goals.
• Build strategic, trusted‑advisor relationships with decision makers, champions, and economic buyers.
• Collaborate with internal Account teams to create Success Plans, monitor health scores, and proactively address risks.
• Partner with Renewal Managers, Account Executives, Services, and Technical Account Managers to secure renewals and expansion.

Required profile

• 5+ years of customer‑facing experience in enterprise SaaS customer success, account management, or related roles.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Commercially adept with a strong curiosity for technology and digital adoption.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders in large enterprises.
