Cash Applicator – Accounts Receivable

About the role

You will ensure Danfoss’ cash flow is accurate and visible by applying incoming payments to the correct accounts. Your work supports the Accounts Receivable and Credit teams, helping the business run smoothly and make informed financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Process payments, manage remittance advice and resolve any discrepancies.
• Handle AR mailbox queries and collaborate with Credit Management on cash‑on‑account items.
• Review receivables, support month‑end closing and maintain clean financial data.
• Work with treasury, banks and internal teams to solve payment issues and ensure smooth cash flow.
• Identify process gaps, support audit and compliance requirements, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in cash application, accounts receivable or related accounting roles.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail for data entry and reconciliation.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and at least intermediate English; Ukrainian is a plus.
