Process Associate – German (KBS)

About the role

As a Process Associate within KONE Business Services you will ensure seamless execution of contracting processes and data administration, supporting the Sell‑to‑Cash and Record‑to‑Report flows. You will work in a multilingual, international team and apply Lean principles to continuously improve operations.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and enter billing data into the ERP system.
• Communicate effectively with team members and colleagues across different countries.
• Apply Lean principles and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about seeking improvements and sharing ideas.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and affinity for working with data.
• Collaborative and adaptable in a fast‑paced international environment.
• Fluent English (B2) and German (B1) language skills.
