Business Consultant – Partner Role

ERA Group is seeking an entrepreneurial Business Consultant to join its international network as a partner. This unique opportunity allows you to run your own practice under a global brand, shaping your market, building a team, and expanding your client portfolio while leveraging ERA’s proven methodologies and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cost optimisation, procurement and performance improvement programmes across multiple industries.
• Develop and grow a client portfolio through proactive business development and long‑term partnership building.
• Define the strategic direction, go‑to‑market approach and team leadership for your practice.
• Engage directly with C‑level executives to deliver measurable savings and transformational outcomes.

Required profile

• Extensive consulting or senior leadership experience in cost management, procurement or performance improvement.
• Proven track record of acquiring clients and delivering successful projects.
• Deep expertise in at least one industry such as Pharma/Life Sciences, Energy/Utilities, Manufacturing, Consumer or Logistics.
• Strong confidence in interacting with C‑suite stakeholders and leveraging a professional network.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to build and scale a consulting practice.
