About the role

This position combines accounting, logistics and administrative duties for a growing company. You will handle invoicing, stock management, order coordination and various office tasks while supporting the quality management system.

Key responsibilities

• Issue and process invoices using the POHODA accounting program.
• Maintain warehouse records, track incoming and outgoing goods, and prepare shipments.
• Coordinate product orders, monitor delivery dates and manage stock levels.
• Handle customer complaints and returns.
• Prepare simple price offers, update price lists and order office supplies.
• Manage employee attendance, process mail, and support ISO 9001 audit preparation.
• Report recycling fees quarterly and assist with emergency lighting documentation.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics (mandatory).
• Intermediate to advanced English (minimum B1).
• Valid driver’s license (category B) and own vehicle is a plus.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and strong sense of responsibility.
