Systems Administrator

About the role

As a Systems Administrator at Diebold Nixdorf’s Košice delivery centre, you will ensure the availability, reliability and compliance of Windows and Linux environments across multiple locations. You will work closely with a small, collaborative team to support end‑point systems, servers and related infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide installation, maintenance and troubleshooting for Windows and Linux endpoints and servers.
• Handle daily incident tickets, system compliance checks and operational enhancements.
• Administer development, test and production servers, including re‑imaging and debugging.
• Install, upgrade and remove software packages on test, development and production systems.
• Produce system evaluation reports and maintain required documentation.

Required profile

• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Linux environments.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and basic networking.
• Fluent communication in English and Slovak.

Required skills

• OS installation, administration and command‑line troubleshooting.
• PowerShell script reading.
• Bash script reading.
