Solution Delivery Engineer – Medior / Senior

About the role

The Solution Delivery Engineer is the technical owner of biometric solution deployments for customers such as governments, law‑enforcement agencies, border control and enterprises. You will design solutions, write migration code, build tooling, and communicate the technical details to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end biometric solutions, write migration scripts and custom tools, and validate data migrations.
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers, delivering trainings, gap analyses, and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Collaborate with R&D, product, support and pre‑sales teams to ensure seamless integration across solution clusters.
• Own technical documentation such as Factory Acceptance Tests, quality analyses and deduplication reports.

Required profile

• Engineering background with a university degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer requirements into clear technical scope, assumptions and risks.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to present analyses and diagrams to business audiences.
• Willingness to travel on short business trips.

Required skills

• Programming in Java, C#, Python, Go or similar.
• SQL and ability to read and understand existing schemas.
• REST API design and integration, message queues, CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes and Keycloak.
