Customer Onboarding Lead

About the role

As the WordsOnline Onboarding Lead, you will coordinate the launch of new and existing customer accounts on Acclaro’s localization platform, ensuring smooth transitions from onboarding plans to production.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of customer accounts, aligning requirements, owners, dependencies and timelines.
• Analyze onboarding needs across content types, languages and service levels, and adapt procedures for non‑routine cases.
• Track activity, follow up on dependencies and communicate progress, risks and next steps.
• Run dry‑runs, pilot launches and project kick‑offs to confirm operational readiness.
• Partner with Technical Onboarding, Project Managers, Account Quality Managers and Production to resolve issues.
• Prepare reporting on progress, challenges and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in project management, customer onboarding or localization operations.
• Fully proficient in English and comfortable working in a global, remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work independently, make sound decisions and keep stakeholders informed.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CAT tools.
• Familiarity with translation management systems.
• Experience using cloud‑based localization platforms.
