About the role
Join the Managed Services team to grow your technical expertise around xSuite Capture & Cloud Managed Services. You will help customers keep document‑based business processes running smoothly and become smarter over time.
Key responsibilities
- Support the reliable operation of xSuite Capture & Cloud solutions.
- Perform monitoring tasks, error analysis and small customising adjustments.
Required profile
- Interest in technology and digital processes, curiosity, structured and motivated.
- Good German and English communication skills; OCR, cloud, Microsoft Server or SQL experience is a plus.
