Solution Architect – Financial Services

About the role

As a Solution Architect for Financial Services, you will partner with leading banks and insurance companies to design and deliver transformation initiatives that modernise their technology landscape. You will translate complex business requirements into robust, future‑proof technical solutions while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support complex transformation and technology projects for banks, insurance companies, and other financial service providers.
• Provide holistic advice on solution, application, data, integration, and cloud architectures, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Develop technical architectures, solution concepts, and transformation roadmaps, guiding execution from design through implementation.
• Assess existing system landscapes and identify opportunities for optimisation, modernisation, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Support technology decisions related to cloud platforms, integration architectures, APIs, micro‑services, data architectures, and appropriate technology stacks.
• Act as liaison between business, IT, development, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering solution architecture for financial services transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of banking or insurance industry processes and regulatory environment.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical designs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
