Transformation Program Manager – Commercial Tools & Data

About the role

As a Transformation Program Manager you will lead the architecture, planning and delivery of commercial tools and data across Lenovo’s IDG Commercial segment. You will work closely with business owners, product teams and global stakeholders to ensure the tools drive maximum ROI and support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and drive delivery of commercial tools, data, and reporting solutions.
• Gather and translate tool, data and reporting requirements from worldwide business segments, product owners and regional managers.
• Manage segment engagement, roadmap execution and coordination with DT, IT, Lenovo Experience, Data Stewards, IDG and ISO.
• Represent commercial interests in GOO and ISO key BMS outside of IDG.
• Review productivity, customer experience and employee experience of tools and releases.
• Act as stakeholder in data‑driven projects, ensuring proper implementation and identifying future opportunities.
• Capture best practices from geographies and business units and share recommendations.
• Develop a segment‑wide view of data management and tool design to support commercial growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Management or Economics.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in program, business or operations management.
• Strong understanding of business planning, sales operations and Agile software development.
• Experience with administration and management principles such as planning, resource allocation and coordination.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English.
