Senior SAP IBP & PP/DS Consultant

About the role

As a Senior SAP IBP & PP/DS Consultant at Syntax, you will guide clients through the design, implementation, and optimisation of advanced planning solutions in complex manufacturing environments. You will play a pivotal role in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, ensuring end‑to‑end supply‑chain planning excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and design robust SAP planning solutions from concept to delivery.
• Design and optimise demand‑supply, production planning, detailed scheduling, sequencing, capacity and constraint‑based planning processes.
• Lead solution areas in implementation, rollout and transformation initiatives, guaranteeing high‑quality design and delivery.
• Integrate SAP planning processes with adjacent modules such as PP, MM, EWM and IBP.
• Facilitate workshops, translate stakeholder needs into sustainable SAP solutions, and support the full project lifecycle.
• Prepare and execute testing, manage go‑live planning and provide hyper‑care support.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth of the SAP Supply Chain Planning practice.
• Support presales activities with architectural concepts, workshops and presentations.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in SAP IBP and PP/DS within manufacturing or supply‑chain contexts.
• Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA transformation and planning process harmonisation.
• Strong consulting mindset with excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to lead complex projects and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
